BIO: CHRISTOPHER HILTON

Mr. Hilton is the president and the founder of Hilton Asset Management, Inc., an investment management and consulting company. Prior to the formation of Hilton Asset Management, Inc., Mr. Hilton was employed by Haidar Capital Management, LLC, as an investment manager. At Haidar Mr. Hilton was a portfolio manager for their Event Driven Fund and responsible for developing and implementing new trading strategies. At Haidar Capital Mr. Hilton had responsibility for controlling $250 million. Prior to his employment at Haidar Mr. Hilton was employed as a management consultant with PA Consulting Group, where he worked with financial firms on a wide range of consulting projects.

Mr. Hilton's interest in financial markets started at university, where he received a First Class Honours Degree from the University of Edinburgh in Electrical and Electronic Communications. In December 2005 Mr. Hilton passed the CFA Level 1 exam and passed the Series 3 license in December 2003.
